Important Information to Remember!!

As homeschooling families in Florida have grown, the state legislature
has setup very specific guidelines for us to follow. According to a
publication produced by the F.P.E.A. entitled "The Guide to
Homeschooling in Florida", we have six responsibilities as
homeschooling parents. You will find them listed briefly for your reference
 and a link to the FPEA website for more information. Also listed below
are the district superintendents' offices information for Orange, Osceola,
Lake and Polk County.
Your Six Responsibilities
(According to the FPEA and "The Guide  to Homeschooling in Florida")

  • Submit your letter of intent

  • Maintain your portfolio

  • Make your portfolio available upon request

  • Submit an annual evaluation

  • Preserve your records

  • Submit your letter of termination
